Have the Courage to Do It!

I am under the conviction that one of the attributes to success is having courage. I've been surrounded by individuals who want to start a business, lose weight, or be happier, but do not have the courage to do so.

That being said, I devised a 7-step system to building courage:

1. Choose: Make a decision to do something.

2. Oppose Failure: When adversity challenges the decision you made, press through.

3. Use the Power of Negative Emotions: Rather be destructive, use your adverse to provoke you constructively.

4. Reject Doubt: Believe in yourself; not in what others say.

5. Acknowledge Your Why: Remember the reason behind why you must be successful or attain your goal.

6. Get Back Up: If you don't succeed the first time, dust yourself off and get back up.

7. Evolve into Your Ideal Self: Where you are now is a starting point to where you're going to be. Let your future self empower you to move forward.
