So I asked about a support email and url. Do I first need to go to gmail and get a support email like :support@ mydomain.com? Or do I just put one of my emails into the email
I advise you to get or create a new email specially for WA. Because you will have all the subjects and matters pertaining to your online business exclusively in one place.
Thanks I truly do beleive YOU are RIGHT... I have 4 or 5 emails bc my other emails are overflowing with BS.

Yes, that is why. In order to avoid spam make it exclusively for WA.

If you are asking how to create an email link to your support email address, you would just create a link as you would for your affiliate links, except it would look like:
mailto:youraddress@yourdomain.com
The email address used can be any valid email address. One you create here at WA or public email address like Gmail.
When the reader clicks it, it will open their email composer with your email address already populated.

You can just send an email to the support desk from any email account ... be sure to tell them your user id and website name so they can track you down.
Alternatively just go to this link and complete the form ... https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support

Cpanel is not available in the shared WA platform ... what is it you are looking for? In most cases Site Support can help if you need a tweak to settings.

When you go to Site Manager and select Email, you can create multiple Email addresses using your domain name. Support@yourdomain.com can be one. I did that too.

Hi Leesa, just create a new email here inside WA,
Have a look at the image, and follow the steps.
Access via websites in your side menu then the site manager then select email.

I actually figured that one out now I am at trying to find my cpanel url? Would you happen to know where I can find that info?

There is no cpanel with WA. Everything you need is under Websites and Site Manager.

Hi I am currently working on my website and also wanting to add products to my website and need my support email and url, but not sure what it is? Does anyone know what it is?

If you want to have a specific support email address that is associated with your domain you can create one by going into Site Manager, then Site Email at the top. From there you can create your own custom email account for your domain like "Support@mydomain.com".
Note that if your domain is a SiteRubix domain, you cannot do this. You would need to create an email account using a free public service like gmail.
