Integrity
Hi people!
I hope you are all well.
Today is a day with a lot of questions marks in my head.
Did you ever think about the word Integrity? The choice to think what is convenient and what's right?
If I search on google the integrity meaning, it is coming up the below:
"Integrity means following your moral or ethical convictions and doing the right thing in all circumstances, even if no one is watching you. Having integrity means you are true to yourself and would do nothing that demeans or dishonors you"
But how can we follow our convictions if something not great and sad happen? I do not talk about work but about personal life...we all have a heart and sometime is tough to be focus.
Well when someone tries to make you feel down we must remember what we choose, if stand up again and continue or feel down and do not make any progress.
I just want to take a moment and say thank you to each of you because today been a tough day and all your posts and comments make me company.

What happens when we loose our integrity. Is it really worth trying to do anything about it, as it can never really be recovered as people will always go back to it, as gives them a better story.
