I messed up I overwrote my lrcsiterubix when I tried to move it to a host and I lost everything is there anyway to retrieve it?

I messed up I overwrote my lrcsiterubix when I tried to move it to a host and I lost everything is there anyway to retrieve it?
If you moved it how did you get the website file and the data base? If you used a plugin that copied a copy of your website and the database then you should have it stored on your hard drive. There is no other way I can think of to move your siterubix website to another host. If this doesn't help please explain what exactly you did to overwrite it.

If you moved it how did you get the website file and the data base? If you used a plugin that copied a copy of your website and the database then you should have it stored on your hard drive.
