What you're doing is not commenting, you are giving site feedback. Which relates to site design, structure, images and such
Commenting is your views, opinion, criticism or interpretation on a specific post that the requester has asked comments on.
Commenting on the structure of your site is in the SiteFeedback. For the SiteComment, you need to represent yourself as a visitor or reader that read the site. So, you need to comment on the content. Anything related to the content.
Hope this will help you.

Some WAers are very picky about whether you are giving Feedback (like you describe above) or a Comment (on the topic or subject of the post itself). Be sure you pay attention to what they want you to look at or your input may be disapproved. - Shirley
different platform, different objective.
SiteFeedback = Feedback on the site structure
SiteComment = Comment on a topic in the site
