One of the biggest mistakes I see in affiliate marketing isn’t a lack of effort. It’s a lack of focus. We start excited. We learn the basics. We publish a few posts, create some pins, maybe even set up an email sequence. Then something happens… We’re not seeing results quickly enough. So what do we do?
We move on.

Phase One is simple, but it’s not easy.

It’s:

• Creating content consistently
• Targeting the right keywords
• Driving traffic (Pinterest, SEO, etc.)
• Learning what resonates

Nothing fancy. No shortcuts. Just repetition.

The Real Problem

Most affiliate marketers do Phase One… But they don’t stay in it long enough.

They:

• Write 5–10 posts and stop
• Post on Pinterest for a week and quit
• Try email, then abandon it

Then they say:

“Affiliate marketing doesn’t work.” But the truth is: They didn’t stay long enough for it to work.

Why Phase One Works (If You Let It)

Phase One is where:

• Your content starts getting indexed
• Your pins start gaining traction
• Your messaging improves
• Your confidence builds

This is where momentum is created. But momentum only comes from repetition.

The Shift That Changes Everything

Instead of asking: “What should I try next?” Ask: “What’s already working, and how can I do more of it?” That one shift changes everything.
