Who Are You
Well this week i want to talk about you. who are you what do you you want. Well i learned this week that i know how to talk to people and it seens i know when to shut up. I was not feeling well when i was tld i was going for a 1 to 1. i thought no more about this as i was felling pritty poorly at the time. i deal with people day in and day oy on the front line.
I was suddenenly told the training i requested was pulled as i have got a bit monatone and was flat with customers, my responce was ok. then i was told i was not good enough to deal with customer who where complaining about the companys service, well i took it on the chin at the time. Now reamber at the time i was under the weather.
So i went in the next day full of the springs and i did my job better than ever before, My manger did not approch me not even a good morning or afternoon, so tell me who is the people person really. I think i know already. May be it time thry get off my back an learn from the elders that have been there and can lead the way.

Everyone has an off day. Anymore it is hard to predict what is going on at work with any of the managers/supervisors. My advice to you is to just do your job to best of your ability and be positive. Do your 8 hours of work and go home. Leave work there.

When I worked in management many years ago, I had a terrible manager who picked our brains for ideas and then used it as her own.
Talk about moods oh boy, the air would turn blue the moment she walked into that office. She victimised a lot of fellow workers and tried it on with me.
I took her risk an reported her to human resources. I was informed that several members had lodged a complaint againts her.
Several weeks later Head Office transfered her and put her on a management training course. We dont have to put up with bullies in this world. I certainly wont.
