Doggy Story Time Posts :)
Well now that lockdown time is over here in New Zealand I haven't been able to have as much time working on my DogSpaStyles page but did manage to write some awesome posts about what dogs do, the facts firstly about puppies and will write another on dogs in general facts. I'm absolutely rapt at my latest post "A Girl and her Dog" it was a personal write up story about my 2 year old daughter and her our family Mini Schnauzers also putting my customers pictures of them with their dogs, it really inspired me to write a great post and I thoroughly enjoyed writing it :)
I've written some other things like poisons with dogs and what can happen and posted all these on my Hole Diggers Dog Spa Facebook page also to my Twitter, Pintrest and Instagram accounts, I've gotten a few followers but honestly having trouble with it getting right out there so will hopefully learn that in time, financially I haven't had any income from it so feel a bit discouraged that nothing seems to be happening, how did you all feel in the first 6 months? Did it all happen just out of the blue? Can anyone help with how to get my website and stories out there for more to see? I just feel that I'm really enjoying writing all the posts and wanting it shared so much for all to enjoy :(
Still getting the hang of social media sites Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest but I guess that will come with time but how necessary are they for your website to succeed?
I'm really happy with creating my website and like I said earlier I enjoy writing about my profession..............I talk a lot so that helps hahaha :D
Have just finished a really enjoyable day of grooming doggies, they all behaved today which makes for a very different day! Some days I can get 6 dogs that could all be challenging and it would take the majority of the day, usually starting at 8am and finishing around 3pm but I could do those same hours on the likes of today and groomed 9 dogs! Yes behavior is a major contributor!!
So all in all a successful Friday and my daughter has just got home from Daycare so will sign off and wish you all a happy weekend ( if your still in lockdown just cherish that family time )

Oh my goodness yes your totally on to something there! Just in this last week while grooming the doggies and talking to them i was thinking to myself out loud about publishing a book about all my website stories and stared to wonder what steps to take to do this and maybe waiting for a few more stories maybe?
Reading your comment JeffreyBrown gave me a lightbulb moment! it never crossed my mind about an E-Book, that is such a fantastic idea and i thank you so very much :D Wowsers now my mind is in overdrive just thinking about it :D Thank you so so much for the idea i appreciate it hugely :D

For instance, if you use Amazon Kindle and you finish your book, you can load it live for free (your royalties will vary b/t 35% and 70% depending on what sell price you choose. Moreover, if you get more stories to add, you can edit your e-book at any time! Check out kindle direct and see all the options available!

Sorry to annoy you but just a quick question before i head off to bed; I've tried to download my content into an E-book on Amazon Kindle and all was going great until i did a preview and saw all it showed was code?!?! Could you please tell me how i can upload the stories and pictures from my website to an Amazon Kindle e-book? And is it ok that a couple of my pictures are from the WA images?

I think that will be really successful!
I would suggest cutting and pasting to a word doc. It takes longer but that should eliminate a problem with code! Once you have your manuscript (the doc) then upload it to kindle!

Awesome, Lauryce! Also remember that at any time you can edit your manuscript to add and change things and re-upload again. There is a slight time-lag before your changes are live, but it is an option that I truly love!
