"The Low Down on Leaky Gut

Leaky gut, occurs when the lining of the small intestine becomes damaged, causing undigested food particles, toxic waste products and bacteria to "leak" through the intestines and flood the blood stream.

When these foreign substances enter the bloodstream, they can cause a variety of issues such as constipation, gas, bloating, headaches, excessive fatigue, arthritis, joint pain, excessive cravings for sugar and carbs, etc. As a result, the damaged cells in your intestines for proper digestion and your body cannot absorb nutrients, which can lead to hormone imbalances and a weakened immune system.

Interesting. I wonder how one supplements with collagen.

The Old Fashion way is to Boil the bones (beef, or chicken) for Several hours, some break the bones to release more collagen, then simmer a few hours & Strain. For adding drinking directly, or add to soups.
Short Way check local Food stores to see if they have any.
I've some that I use personally & will put them on my website, once I figure out how to do it:) I'm stroke challenged & writing is starting to wear me out, but I keep getting stronger at it!

I'm stroke challenged & writing is starting to wear me out, but I keep getting stronger at it!
WA as done a lot in short time period, but write the 250 wore me out & went I got back to it, what I type was gone. Oh well I'll keep Trying!
