First 2 weeks at WA!
Hi WA community, so it has been just over 2weeks since I took action and joined WA, and about a week since I went premium. so my total investment has been around $50.00 one months membership and 2 years hosting on my chosen domain. I can honestly say that it has probably been one of the best $50.00 I've ever spent!
For less than a dinner for my Fiance and I, I have learnt more about wordpress, SEO optimisation, the importance of key words and a host of other stuff than I could have in almost any other way I can conceive.
My usual go to option when I want to learn something in depth is to go to a good bookshop and browse all the relevant tomes until I find an author I resonate with then I read that book and voila I know one person's view of a topic. Here I have been able to absorb so much not only from Kyle's excellent lessons but also from many other tutorials, online discussion threads and blogs. Getting access to so many different opinions and viewpoints is like going back to University but without the bad haircut!
I am really enjoying my time at WA so far and am learning heaps, my website is coming along and my goal for next week is to put all the lessons of the first 2 courses into effect and finish every page and add a few additional posts so that I have a really solid foundation in place before I i go out and look at potential money making options.
I think that WA to date has been excellent value for money and a great experience. I look forward to the next fortnight!
