Still Finding a Niche
Well, I have to say, so far, so good. I am just getting started, but I'm still trying to find my niche. I have soooooo many ideas, but don't know where to strat. I am a so called "Hip Hop Head" who loves music & fashion. I am also a sports fan, particularly football (Who Dey All Dey - Buckeye til I die!). I LOVE shoes. I am a fan of Adidas, but like others including Nike (Jordan). I have my fair share of Champions & sketchers and others. I also love baseball caps & other hats. My profile avatar maybe one of the few times you'll see me withoout a hat of some kind. My question is, in doing research on niches, what are you looking for and how do you know what is the best idea & niche for you?

Hi,
I also had some difficulty in trying to find my first niche. Here is my advice. I would focus your first niche on something you know a lot about. Or, a favorite hobby. The reason is that you know a lot of information about that subject. Next, try to find an affiliate program for that niche.
Write excellent content and you should see traffic coming to your site. Hopefully, even some sales along the way.

I too struggled with my first niche, as I'm sure most of us did.
What I did was to make a list of the things I was passionate about, then I wrote next to each what I knew about that passion. And the one that I had the most knowledge about was the one I went with.
