Kyle's training on keywords might help if you have not covered it yet: Keyword Mastery - Keywords are the Foundation of Your Success Your overall website keywords are placed in the All in One SEO general settings - once.
Then, place your article keyword in the post or page title, and once in the first paragraph of the body. If a long article, then use it one more time at the end of the article and in any subheadings.
Don't overdo the use of keywords because it can look like spam to Google. Use the word or phrase naturally within your content.
For images, place the relevant keyword in the Alt Text field in the image description. ~Jude
So - I have a follow up question with this. I'm saving my keywords to a list in Jaaxy. Are they automatically placed in the SEO settings and how do you know where they are being placed in your content? Thanks for your time.
@Dkash64, no, saved keywords in Jaaxy do not end up on your website. Jaaxy is a separate tool and is not part of your site.
Select the keyword/s you wish to use and add them within your article. The keywords should sound natural and make sense to the context of what you are writing. ~Jude
