Weekly Challenge: Design the Ultimate SOLD Sign

If you have ever driven through a neighborhood, you have seen hundreds of real estate signs. Most of them look exactly the same. Same colors, same fonts, same headshot, same layout.

And then every once in a while, you see one that makes you do a double take.

I saw one recently that was a life-size cutout of a realtor riding a pink unicorn in a pink suit, with a neon retro sign that said "SOLD - BOOM SHAKALAKA!!" I am not making this up. And you know what? I guarantee every single person in that neighborhood knows that realtor's name.

That is the power of standing out.

This week's challenge is about designing the most creative, attention grabbing, over the top SOLD sign you can imagine. You are the realtor. Your name, your brand, your style. Use Image Studio to create a real estate sign that nobody could drive past without stopping to look.

What to Do:

Use Image Studio to design a creative and unique real estate SOLD sign.

Think about things like:

• Making it personal...include yourself (or a version of yourself) in the design
• Going beyond the standard sign format (cutouts, 3D elements, themed designs, props)
• Your personal brand style (luxury, bold, fun, quirky, elegant, over the top)
• A memorable tagline or slogan
• The setting and environment around the sign (front lawn, urban street, luxury estate)
• How it would actually look planted in a yard or in front of a property

• Impossible to ignore
