The New Wealthy Affiliate Platform Has Arrived! (Full Walk-Through)
Hey Everyone,
If this is your first time logging back into Wealthy Affiliate since yesterday, you are in for a big surprise! We have officially released the new platform, a brand new UX, and with it, a ton of features, tools, and upgrades that are going to take your experience to the next level.
This is a full walkthrough and some insight into what is live now, whatās being updated in the days ahead, and what you can expect as we keep building this out.
Welcome to the New UX
We have launched the completely reimagined UX, and you will feel it the moment you log in.
It is faster, cleaner, easier to navigate, and most importantly....designed for creators. That means less clutter, more focus, and better flow to help you build, create, and grow faster.
Youāll see bugs (especially in dark mode on mobile). We are squashing them quickly. If you spot something, drop it to me or Carson and weāll get it on the list.
Toggle Between Light Mode and Dark Mode
We know a lot of people love dark mode. Now you can switch between light and dark modes on both desktop and mobile.
- Bottom of the left-hand menu (on mobile)
- Top-right corner (on desktop)
I work mostly in light mode for testing. Carson lives in dark mode. Now you can choose what works best for you.
Organized Navigation. Everything Where It Should Be.
The left-hand menu has been simplified and streamlined. No more confusion between top vs. side menus. No more hunting for things in multiple places.
Here are a few of the key updated sections:
- My Profile
- My Businesses (formerly Hubs)
- Core Training
- Communities
- Leaderboard
- Inbox & Notifications
- Quick Actions Menu for blogging, asking questions, creating articles, and managing affiliate tasks
The New Core Training Is Live (with More Coming)
Core Training has a brand new interface. It's easier to browse, track progress, and stay engaged.
(1) Phase 1 still uses the old UX, but thatās getting updated tomorrow.
(2) Other phases will be refreshed over the next 1ā2 weeks.
(3) More AI-focused training is being added throughout.
We are shifting the focus toward AI-assisted business building, streamlining your workflow, improving reach, and helping you succeed as a modern creator.
Leaderboards: Compete, Contribute, Earn
Yes, leaderboards are now live.
You can now track your activity and see how you rank in various categories like:
- Content creation
- Questions
- Comments
- Video blogs
- Daily activity
This is all tied to our Points System, where you earn real value (cash, credits, status) for your engagement.

The New Communities Platform
This might be the biggest long-term shift. You can now join specific communities based on your interests and goals, like:
- WordPress & Hosting
- Artificial Intelligence
- Email Marketing
- SEO
- Affiliate Marketing
- And moreā¦
Each community includes:
- Daily discussions
- Top contributors
- Custom leaderboards
- Relevant content and training
- A focused, collaborative environment to master one thing at a time
Your posts, questions, and blogs will automatically route to the right communitiesāand sometimes to more than one when relevant.
Creator Tools Just Got a Huge Upgrade
You can now create:
- Text blog posts
- Video blog posts (coming next week for Premium members)
- Questions
- Articles (via our AI Writer or manually)
- Replies and comments that earn points
This is your creator ecosystem nowāand it is only going to get more powerful in the coming weeks.
Websites Section: Still Familiar, But A Big Update is Coming
The Websites area has been reorganized for better access:
- Site Manager
- Domains
- Emails
- Site Support
- Website Builder
It still runs through our legacy system for now, but a brand-new, fully integrated website platform is coming soon. It will be more intelligent, feature-rich, and built directly into your My Businesses experience.
Video Classes + Training Series
Our classes platform remains live and active, with Jay continuing weekly sessions, and more classes from other experts (including me) rolling out this summer.
New series are being developed right now on:
- AI-powered content
- Monetizing your expertise
- Advanced affiliate strategies
Your Points = Real Value
Every interaction you make here contributes to your points total, shown at the top of your dashboard.
These points have real-world value!
You can earn:
- Points (Convert to Cash Credits once you reach $10)
- Community recognition and status
Some people will earn more than their entire membership fee just by being active. Others will earn less, it depends entirely on your daily activity. These tallies refresh every months, so just because you are getting starting doesn't mean that you cannot have a prominent spot in the communty.
Final Notes: More to Come
This launch is iteration #1 of a much bigger vision.
We now have the infrastructure to build faster than ever before, and that means:
- Frequent improvements
- New AI integrations
- Creator-first updates
- More education
- More ways to earn
- Better tools to grow your business

There is a BIG issue with support now.
My site that has been down since Friday, apparently due to a DNS issue that SHOULD have been resolved by Monday at 4PM EST. And the site is STILL unavailable.
Checked to see the official longest time for DNS resolutions and that is 72 hours.
My local business service has been out of service since Friday and I have no idea how much longer this will continue.
PLUS: a different support ticket that was issued on 20 Jun 2025 is STILL not answered.
Please fix?
Thanks Trish, I am going to follow-up here and see if we can get to the bottom of your SSL issue. We were waiting on the TTS for this, but for some reason that didn't resolve. Sometimes these issues are more complex than "just fixing it", there can be delays with the technology and the caching of things like this.
I have escalated on your behalf here, and appreciate your patience. I also got back to your ticket.
I'm really sorry to hear this Trish, I know how stressful it can be when your site is down. Once I had a really big problem and the last 6 months of any work on my site disappeared, it took site support about ten days but they did work hard at resolving it once my case was escalated. I'll put good positive out thoughts towards this and I hope it gets resolved soon for you.
Trish has been a huge support to me over the years, when I posted for
help in the community. I have faith that this will get resolved for her. I know WA will put good effort into escalating her case. I'm glad to hear that her problem is taking seriously. <3

Hey Kyle, you escalated this issue previously and that's when you informed me that it was a DNS issue. I had to ask ChatGPT as to how long that would take and then waited the longest time it has taken DNS issues to be resolved... 72 hours... before prompting you again.
Now it's nearly 12 hours since you escalated this same issue again, and still... no results.
I do realize you're working alone right now, but as of now, I am literally out of business, given that the SSL certificate is issuing a warning to visitors.
PLEASES, WHEN will this be fixed? I cannot wait another week.
So glad I found this walk-through I thought I was loosing the plot! I was struggling to find Jaxxy, now I know where it is. Thanks for the update, and thanks for the team in making this landing page look cleaner and less cluttered.

Yeah, Jaaxy is now in the lower part of the menu as well now, we just added that back yesterday.

Though I've not been around for some time now due to some challenges, on logging in today, I met this enticing and exciting new UX.
It is even neater, more responsive, and interesting than what Kyle spoke about.
I can see my points building up and my earnings growing by just replying to messages and just interacting.
It's just so cool. I haven't seen such before.

Hey everyone,
In the old dashboard I could filter my referrals to show only the active Premium members I brought in.
With the new interface Iām seeing the entire nine-year historyāthousands of namesāand I canāt find a way to narrow it down.
Does the new UX still have a filter for Membership = Premium and Status = Active, or is there a new trick Iām missing?
Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks!
You can filter by date, if you click the top column, you can organize by newest first. It simply defaults to oldest first, that is the main issue right now. :)
Yeah but it still gives me every member active or not...it's the accountant in me that wants to see who's still an active member and who's not...It used to be very simple but not anymore...
