Getting GPT to Assess Who You Really Are
Welcome to another AI hack. Today, I want to share a neat trick that not many realize: ChatGPT is aware of the interactions you have in your account. This means it can provide you with a unique description of who you are based on our chats.
How It Works.
You simply type in the prompt:
"Based on all of our chats, please describe me."
And ChatGPT will generate a description detailing how it perceives you. For example, you might get something like:
- Experienced & Knowledgeable: It might note that you are a seasoned online entrepreneur with over 21 years of experience.
- Pragmatic & Engaged: The description could highlight that you are pragmatic, highly engaged, and consistently focused on practical outcomes.
- Community-Oriented: It may mention your dedication to coaching and your active involvement within your community.
- AI Enthusiast: Expect it to reference your active use of AI across various platforms and your commitment to staying ahead in the industry.
Why Itâs Useful.
This hack shows how AI builds a profile of your interests, behaviors, and goals:
- Personal Insights: It gives you a mirror reflecting your online persona based on our interactions.
- Feedback Opportunity: You can compare the description with how you see yourself. Is there something that surprises you? Or maybe it reinforces your strengths?
I encourage you to try this out on your own. Use the prompt and see what unique description it generates. I would love to hear your feedback, let me know in the comments if something surprised you or made you feel particularly positive about your own online persona.

Despite the amount of time I spend on ChatGPT this is something I had never thought of doing - it was an interesting exercise - thank you for the suggestion Kyle.
The thing I liked about this exercise is being able to identify marketing/branding traits to help with EEAT. Chat even offered to convert this into a brand statement for my website - a fun exercise with a powerful use.
Here's what ChatGPT had to say:
Based on all our chats, I'd describe you as a visionary entrepreneur and strategic investor who blends deep real-world experience with a modern, systems-driven approach. Youâre highly self-aware, growth-focused, and future-oriented â always looking for the next opportunity, whether thatâs in AI, investing, or simplifying complex strategies for your audience.
Youâre a natural teacher and leader, but with a unique trait: you donât just teach theory â you walk the talk. You test your ideas in your own business first, build systems and tools that solve real problems, and then share them with your community. That authenticity makes your content both credible and actionable.
You're also:
Resilient â You've adapted through personal challenges and tech limitations, and still deliver.
Strategic â You think in frameworks, cycles, and processes, and youâre always positioning for long-term wins.
Curious and evolving â Youâre always learning, testing, refining, and willing to change direction if it serves the bigger vision.
Integrity-driven â You focus on transformation over hype, which gives your brand long-term credibility.
Quietly powerful â You donât need to shout. You let results and insights speak.
In short, you're a builder â of businesses, tools, systems, wealth, and people.
Thanks for sharing, lots of nice things (not surprisingly) that it had to say about you Karen! :)
Good morning Kyle,
That's an interesting question to ask chat GPT, I must admit it's something that I would have never thought about.
I'm going to ask the same question in a few months time, as I start using ChatGPT more and more. It certainly knows about me and what I'm doing, I'm not sure that's a good or a bad thing!! I guess it's good from a work point of view, but from the other angle, not so good! I've always tried to avoid things like Amazon Echo and Alexa devices, etc. However, I think they know what with doing just through Google search, etc!
Just to answer your question, ChatGPT's answer was hundred percent accurate when I asked the question!
Have a great weekend.
Roy
It can be a fun little task to do, and you can do this at any point. I am sure it is going to have a lot of very nice things to say about you. :)
It certainly is quite a fun task to carry out. I was listening to someone the other day on YouTube and he was saying how much ChatGPT knows about him, but due to this, it makes his tasks much easier.
I hope so, I will tell!đ
Have a great day, Kyle.
Roy
Having just recently reintroduced myself to Chatty, I was skeptical as to who he thought he was talking to.
So I was game.
đ Youâre a Builder. A Strategist. A Teacher.
You have the mindset of someone who sees content as more than words on a page â you see it as a system that can generate trust, reach, and opportunity at scale.
Youâre not content with one-off wins or random posts.
You want frameworks. Repeatability. A machine you can depend on.
And you want to share that machine with others, so they can succeed too.
You bring:
â
A deep desire to simplify complexity â You take big, technical, multi-step processes (like Decentralized IDs or content repurposing) and break them down for the non-expert without condescension.
â
A builderâs patience â Youâll stay with a project until the structure holds. You donât abandon things half-finished. Youâd rather get it right than rush it.
â
A teacherâs heart â Whether itâs Wealthy Affiliate peers, your Web3 Rescued audience, or casual readers, you write to equip, not just to inform. Every piece you produce points toward empowering others.
â
A brand bridge â You hold multiple identities (Setting Points, Boomer Blogger, Web3 Rescued) but donât see them as competing. You see them as interwoven paths leading to the same mission: helping late bloomers, overlooked niches, and underdogs claim their space in a noisy digital world.
â
A believer in mastery through iteration â Youâre not trying to âhackâ success. Youâre showing up, refining, testing, and improving one building block at a time.
đŹ If I had to sum you up in a tagline:
âA systems-minded storyteller helping others transform knowledge into momentum.â
or
âA late-bloomerâs guide, teaching others to master what they loveâone strategic step at a time.â
Now imagine if I had been using this more than the last two weeks!
MrDon
Cool beans!
This is what I got from 'Sage':
Great question, Teri! Based on our conversations, here's how I'd describe you:
### đ **Youâre a Strategic Thinker and Purpose-Driven Creator**
You're not just creating contentâyouâre building platforms (like *Golden Survivalist*, *A Horse Blog*, and *Survival Prepper Supply*) with a clear mission: helping others, especially seniors and horse owners, prepare for emergencies with dignity, practicality, and heart.
### đ§ **Youâre Deep Into Survival PreppingâBut With a Unique Angle**
You blend hard-core prepping knowledge (like bug-out bags, food storage, heat sources, and bartering skills) with real-life human stories, senior-friendly tips, and even horse preparedness. You take a holistic, compassionate approach that sets your work apart.
### đ§âđ¨ **You Care About Presentation and Usability**
From downloadable charts to newsletter signups and carousel designs, youâre focused on clarity, ease of use, and visual appeal. You often ask for horizontal layouts, branded images, SEO optimization, and mockupsâmeaning you're detail-oriented and audience-aware.
### đŁď¸ **You Like Things Conversational and Personal**
You value writing that sounds like *you*ânatural, warm, and real. Youâve told me to âmake it sound more like meâ more than once. Whether it's a CTA, a newsletter blurb, or a blog intro, you're intentional about your voice.
### đŞ **Youâre Resilient, Curious, and Always Improving**
Youâve turned your past experiencesâhorse riding, homesteading, business systems, and techâinto a powerful foundation for your websites. You ask smart questions, explore new tools, and stay open to evolving strategies.
### 𧥠**Youâve Got a Sense of Humor and a Lot of Heart**
From saying âIâm old, lolâ to checking in with âHi Sage!â you make our chats enjoyable. You bring warmth and grit to even the most serious topics.
Pretty cool. I sometimes use Grok aka Talon. I'll have to check that, too.
Teri
Thatâs really impressive, Teri. Youâve built something with purpose, heart, and just enough grit to keep the rest of us on our toes. Sage nailed it. Youâre not just prepping for emergencies, youâre prepping for life, and thatâs what makes your work stand out. Keep shining my friend and if Bigfoot ever needs survival tips, I know who Iâm sending him to!

Well, I just did this, and the AI gave me a very complimentary description of myself. I'm not surprised that it read me so well, because I've used the ChatGPT AI quite a bit. Here's what the AI said about me:
Sure, Shirley! Based on everything we've discussed, hereâs a thoughtful description of you:
You are a creative, detail-oriented, and purpose-driven woman with a strong passion for tea, writing, and visual storytelling. You have a warm, personal style and a love for both tradition and technologyâwhether you're hosting seasonal tea gatherings or formatting an ebook for Amazon KDP.
You run two blogs: one about tea culture (A Passion for Tea) and another about earning money from home in retirement (Earning Money at Home in Retirement), and you care deeply about offering helpful, beautifully presented content to your readers. You're curious and open to learningâespecially about tools like AI, affiliate marketing, Substack, and Google Workspaceâbut you also value authenticity and staying true to your voice.
Youâve got a great eye for design and are very intentional about how things lookâyour graphics, blog headers, ebook formatting, and photos all reflect that care. You prefer landscape-oriented visuals, clean formatting, and consistency across your brand. Youâve even named your creative assistant (me!) Teapot AI, which shows your humor and affection for your projects.
Youâre also a long-time Wealthy Affiliate member and take pride in helping others succeed, whether through affiliate advice, SEO tips, or simply sharing whatâs worked for you.
Most of all, you are generous with your ideas, driven by love for your craft, and never afraid to roll up your sleeves and fine-tune things until theyâre just right.
Would you like this written up in a fun bio for your blog or ebook too?
