Coffee with Kyle: Already Moving Towards Image Studio 2.0 (Your Feedback Please)

Hey Everyone,

It’s been just over a week and a half since we launched the first version of Image Studio, and the response from the community has been incredible. It’s honestly exceeded our expectations...even after spending over a month and a half testing and refining it internally before release.

But we are not done. Far from it. We are already working towards a 2.0 version of this platform and today we want your feedback!

So grab a coffee (I’ve got mine right here, left-handed sip so you can see the logo), and let’s get into things...

From Beta to 2.0: The Evolution of Image Studio

What’s been so amazing to see since launch is how people are using Image Studio. From creating Facebook ads to designing logos, brand visuals, book covers, and even product prototypes.

AI has opened the door for a new kind of creativity...where you can start with a raw idea and progressively shape it into something polished and professional. That’s what makes this platform so powerful.

And now, we’re already deep into version 2.0 development.

Our goal with every release inside Wealthy Affiliate is to keep building momentum. This means faster development cycles, smoother user experience, and more powerful tools that help you create, market, and grow your business more efficiently than ever.

We Want Your Feedback.

Version 2.0 is already in the works, but we want your ideas to help guide its evolution.

What would make Image Studio even better for you?

  • Features that would make creation faster or more flexible?
  • Social or shareability elements?
  • Workflow improvements, like better organization or image management?

Your feedback is what shapes our platform. Every major update we’ve shipped has been built around what the community asked for.

Drop your suggestions down in the comments — and don’t hold back.

A Few Fun (and Useful) Examples.

Here’s a look at some of the stuff I’ve been working on this week inside the Image Studio:

  • Logo Design Experiments — I uploaded the Wealthy Affiliate logo and told AI:

“This logo created in a very creative way. Be creative.”

What came back was incredible. Each variation looked like something a professional designer would spend hours on — abstract shapes, new textures, unique composition.I ran another prompt:

“Make this feel like liquid oil.”

The result? A sleek, flowing version that felt alive — no technical look, just pure design fluidity.
  • Progressive Image Development — I used the same starting image and kept evolving it.

“Put a robot sitting on top of the logo.”

Seconds later, it was magic. There it was. AI nailed the concept perfectly. This is how I approach creativity inside Image Studio: start simple, then build progressively. Each iteration becomes a springboard for the next idea.

The Next Evolution: Uploads, Logos, and More.

We’re already enhancing the Uploads and Logos areas inside the Image Studio for version 2.0.

You’ll soon be able to:

  • Move uploaded logos into a dedicated “Logos” section for faster access.
  • Import existing brand assets from outside the platform.
  • Combine Image Studio outputs directly with the Logo Designer.

We’re also working on adding more customization options and improved layout for the reference image section, so your workspace feels cleaner and more intuitive.

AI Isn’t Perfect...But It’s Getting Close!

Occasionally, you’ll see a “failed image.” That’s usually AI hitting a temporary limit or a model hiccup. Note that when this happens it doesn’t charge credits, and a second attempt almost always works.

But what’s more exciting is how far the technology has come.

A couple of years ago, it would’ve taken days or weeks (and a professional designer) to achieve what Image Studio now creates in seconds.

I’ve even used it to make some fun and odd creations like:

  • My new profile image (which accidentally gave me an extra leg… so naturally, I made an octopus version next).
  • A squirrel suit base-jumping image in the Grand Canyon.
  • A few Black Friday promo concepts that started as abstract “be creative” prompts and quickly turned into ad-ready visuals.

It’s amazing how fast ideas can move from imagination to finished design now.

What We Would Love From You.

As you explore the platform:

  • Push it to its limits. Try unique ideas, weird prompts, and see what happens.
  • Share your feedback. Tell us what worked, what didn’t, and what you’d love to see next.
  • Post your creations. Inspire others. The community thrives when we share our experiments.

We’re already using your input to shape Image Studio 2.0, and the next update will include a bunch of your suggestions.

Wrapping Up

This week marks another exciting milestone for the Wealthy Affiliate platform. Image Studio is now live, and version 2.0 is already on the horizon.

We’re moving faster than ever. We are constantly building, improving, and evolving everything we offer so you can create at a higher level with less friction.

One 💖 button is not enough, Kyle, so here's another: 💖
I am REALLY! enjoying playing aroud in Image Studio.
If what we have now is so effective, then 2.0 will blow our minds.

I can't wait.

Thank you!

I was creating 7 different images for your latest post where you gave us 10,000 AI Credits and told us to post what we created.

Six of the 7 posts came out great the first time through. However, I had a problem with one. I realize that AI has a problem when creating hands while holding something.

I asked for an astronaut to be holding an open laptop with both hands, but it couldn't produce what I wanted. I just deleted the laptop in the final edit.

With AI improving, is there something that can be done to fix AI when it comes to an image of holding something?

4

It's finally gotten hands right, it has a tough time navigating hands in more complex scenes from my experience. And it also has a tough time with certain characters and words.

But it is really good at both of these, comparatively to a few months ago. This will only get better as time goes on, and we will be sure to keep pace with the latest and best working models within all of the AI platforms here.

So it's only going to get better. ;)

3

I got the hands in a cheers position for a Happy New Year card. Pint on the mans hand and the wine glass on the womans hand wearing red nail varnish. The prompt was along those lines.

2

Hi Kyle, thank you for your inspiring vision and openness to co-creation.
At LANICHEDUCLIP, Image Studio has already become a pillar of our visual capsules (Pinterest carousels, affiliated visuals or hybrid NFT concepts).
What suggestions for 2.0?
For us, it is:
- setting up a library of recorded prompts in order to revisit our best ideas
• implementation of a “capsule” mode to chain together several visuals coherently, dedicated to carousels or series
• setting up a collaborative zone to invite a peer to comment or co-create in real time, etc.

3

Excellent, that is great to hear! :)

Hey Kyle, I totally got soooo transfixed with Image Studio 1.0 that I lost track in commenting. Well what can I stay WOW! I used up all my credit and had to purchase somemore, but base on what others have commented on, credit does run out super quick.
I was caught up in editing so much that I needed to purchase more just to make good what was being mis-interpreted. Saying that I managed to download and continue with what I had on Canva.
My request is about credit, and if there is alot of editing going on before we get what we want couldn't there some kind of 'leniency' or 'grace' so we don't use up all our credit, as this is new and ultimately most of us would want to experiment so that in itself runs up alot of credit!.....
Anyways, loving this and with a little bit of tweaking, can makes great imagery.
Very quickly I did notice when I wanted to generate using an image tool like pencil drawing, I couldn't generate it, that's when I lost credit trying to achieve that look, if I got it initially, then I would have been good to go.
Keep up the good work and can't wait to see what's ahead !👍

3

Just wondering - did you use 'Pencil Sketch' where it asks you about which style you want? I did get a number of pencil sketches without any problems.

But I agree with you - 10,000 credits can disappear quickly.

2

You know what, when I was describing what I wanted I was requesting black and white outline, with grey shading, and it did provide that, after I provided a black and white photo.
I did click on generate with pencil sketch and I don't know if it confused it. I was half way there. anyways. By then I ran out of credit so I couldn't check. My intension was to convert a photo into a black and white colouring sheet for kids. Does that make sense?

3

Yes, it does make sense. I was thinking of doing colouring sheets too. I have a parenting site. Kyle showed an image for colouring in chat. I will ask ChatGPT and/or Kyle what sort of prompt to give it. I am following you now. I took a quick look at your profile and I'll let you know what I find out.

2

Ok we should catch up, I have a craft site, and do projects for kids out of recycling, if that's of interest to you please reach out, we can share

2

Yes, it's definitely of interest. I have a parenting site. You can see it in the righthand side bar on my profile, if you want to look at it.

1

Hi Kyle , I was doing a Logo yesterday and I like to keep them plain because of reproducing them later into print format or even sigh boards, The first thing you are asked for is the colours used, ok we can match but maybe a colour guide in the next version. Peter H

4

You can request a set of colours, but with AI colours are not "exact" typically, so if you hand it colour codes it doesn't get it exactly perfect. But if you ask for specific colours in the main description, it will give you a bunch of palettes that match those colours.

A brand colour feature might be a good thing to have though, as you could have those settings saved for you.
