Again, you're pushing Wordpress to its limits. I've had difficulties even maintaining a regular user forum, much less ratings, calculations, etc. Now, if you're a .js programmer and have knowledge of CSS, then you could utlimately do this, but without those skills, I'm not sure you'll find what you're looking for. I'm not trying to be a downer, just set expectations. Your best bet is Google, try asking it all sorts of questions regarding Wordpress, and there is also a developer's forum on Wordpress.org as well.
Well, Yeah certainly I have started looking on Google. I was hoping if somebody can give me some links or keywords or pdf to learn what I want to do.

Can I create a calculation button using the word press? Like the one we have in our WA program details.
This plugin might be what you are looking for: https://wordpress.org/plugins/calculated-fields-form/
I would think this needs more than .html, it's going to require javascript programming unless you can find some kind of plug-in to do this. Highly unlikely you can do this with a simple WordPress site.

No, sitemaps should ultimately increase your traffic. Sitemaps help Goohle to find your pages when someone searches for a specific keyword. Over time, and with quality content, this should lead to better ranking and increased traffic.
