Health & Wellness "niche"
Hi WA community!!
So, a little background on me, I have always been passionate about online businesses and health & wellness, but especially using those two things to help others. In the past, I have used network marketing to be involved in those two things. About 4 months ago, I had an "epiphany" that I could help MORE people without "selling" and in turn be even more fulfilled. I got my holistic nutritionist certification and was going to start a WordPress blog to gain followers and hope to get some clients on a wellness program to better their health. While gathering information for that & to integrate my network marketing business, I found WA. I believe this will REALLY help me reach my goals but I have some questions!
I am just starting the training and I am sure some of my questions will be answered, but I am wondering who else out there has health & wellness as a niche and how are you integrating this into your WA business? As they say, there isn't much money in fruits & vegetables so what products or programs are you suggesting via your websites to earn some $$?
Or any tips you may have! I love seeing what has & hasn't worked for others. This is why people can start and be successful so quickly, by learning from others' experience and then maximizing their own!

Hi Katie, you have certainly come to the right place to help you get your blog going to help people be more healthy. I think you're going to find quickly that you've made the right decision.
Yes, the training will start going into ways you can monetize your site. There are a lot of them, but here are a few to get your creative juices going.
Amazon Associate Program - This will come later, once you start building an audience. Don't apply too soon because if you don't have a sale within 90 days (I think) they will close your account. It's not that big of a deal because you can always reapply later. Anything that is sold on Amazon you can promote through your site be means of reviews and earn a commission.
Clickbank/CJ Affiliate (Commission Junction) - I've not checked these programs for health products but I'm sure there are affiliate programs through them that you can promote on your site.
Also, you can just Google for some affiliate programs. There are probably a bunch out there that you can find fairly easily.
