I think, and don't quote me on this. You can get that with a paid theme that has a shop element. The reason I say that is I have a paid theme and it seems to have those links but I haven't fully set it up yet. Also, the paid ads at the top of the page have them.

Google adds that to some sites. If you have a popular site and easy to identify categories then Google might add it to yours too. But there's no guarantee.

This is some mistake. I tried the same title and the menu does not appear. I have not seen such things in the past.

As far as I know you have very little control of what Google decides to display in the search results.

Only websites that are more mature and trusted will be displayed as in the example that you have shown Otherwise only your basic meta description will be shown at first

Maybe someone else here at WA may be able to shed more light on this subject.
