Can You Find an "I" in Teamwork?
There is a common trait successful individuals possess, they have mastered the art of leverage. I was once told, "One is to small a number to do anything great." In the words of Michael Jordan, "Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships."
My personal belief is that every person rich or poor should be treated as kings and queens. In this community it is important to be aware of how we communicate our position and perspective to each other. It is easy to lose sight of the broader view when we begin to glance at life from broken lenses. To make it even clearer, there is always more than one way to skin a cat.
In order for teams to win championships, there is no time for an ego party or parade. Each player possesses their own set of unique skills. The key to maximizing the potential of the team is to understand each player's core genius and learn to complement rather than compete.
When I first started blogging online I could not figure out for the life of me why only my friends and family were reading my posts. I had no idea that there was a hidden world behind the world of writing. This society consisted of strategies and tactics that I was unaware of, until I started researching.
What I have learned through the course of time is that no matter how many business plans you draft and revise, strategies and tactics you devise they mean absolutely nothing if you don't have the guts to employ! In other words, if you work it, it will work. Even better, if you work it effectively and efficiently.
Currently, I partner with high traffic websites who already cater to my ideal client and communicate with them on a platform they already now, like and trust as I build credibility. It has been said before and it is emphatically true; The more value you add, the more valuable you become to the marketplace.
How will you add value today in order for your team to bring home a championship ring?
