When writing my post, how many keywords should I use, and how many times?
Hey Kelvin,
Each post should be using one keyword (or phrase).
Personally, I use it in the title, the first paragraph, the alt text of the header image, and maybe one of your H2 headings.
If you can tie it in the end somewhere, that's great too.
Other than that, write naturally and you'll automatically come up with other ways of saying the keyword without using it over and over again. You don't want to stuff your article with it.

I use it in the title and in the first paragraph, then I look it up in the thesaurus and find the alternate words and use them a lot, this way you're saying the same thing only different, it really helps you out.
