Hello Annette! I think this is a great about me page. Good job sharing some of your past and really making it personal for your readers. And I am sorry you had to go through that.
It is really awesome that you want to use bad things that you experienced to help others live healthier lives.
Just in case you didn't notice, at the beginning when you say "(always to early) until we finally go to bed (way to late)" you should use always "too" early and way "too" late.

Thank you for checking out my page and your help. I was just about ready to publish but I got a warning that it isn't 100% unique. I can't figure out what they are talking about. I just wrote it.
That is strange. I don't know why it would say that. I don't really use SiteContent, so I am not sure if that happens often or not. Sorry I can't help.
Maybe this would help: My content is unique but SiteContent says it is not
