Closer Look.My Ever Changing Niche

My "prominent" Niche focuses on Cannabidiol (CBD). One of the medicinal components of the hemp or marijuana plant. One of the biggest issues I face, is the constant change to the CBD industry.
"Ever Changing"
My niche can be extremely profitable. It is one of the reasons I chose this niche. The other reason: I'm passionate about it. I spend hours researching CBD. I research the legality, educational uses, the (ever changing) laws, the benefits, the side effects, the businesses, and the various expo's throughout the United States.
Does anyone else have a niche like this? It can be exhausting and I honestly think that's me. I'm currently attending college to work in the field of scientific medical research. My "free" time is spent in CBD research. But it's always changing.
Multiple Niches or Solid Focus?

I say cannabidiol is my primary niche. I also have a website that I use more for my blog about faith and marriage and less about making money. Then, I have one about working from home and one about traveling. All things I love and enjoy. This is where I got a bit stuck, and frustrated (some of you may remember my frustrations about paying for WA). The truth is, focusing on one is the smarter idea.
Is it possible to do multiple niches? I'm sure it is. Is it wise? That is not a question I can answer. So, my suggestion is to focus on one niche. The niche I chose really has a lot of opportunity to bring me income. However, the constant changes and progression of CBD has really slowed my input of content. I want it, I need it to be quality, scientific, and unbiased. So, what can I do?
Product Reviews
So today I completed the Bootcamp Training titled "Write a Review and Share it." I think this is how I will be able to do it. I realized after going through this training that my niche can really make an impact if I do reviews simply on products I've used.
So if you are in the same boat as me: constantly changing/updating niche, I think trying product reviews is the way to keep your content active while you develop articles for content. This gives you an opportunity to really discuss your product/niche. It gives you a chance to develop content in the future that is unrelated to the particular product.
I knew that this was important for some niches but I did not really consider for my website. My website is focused on teaching people what CBD is and what it is not. However, doing product reviews are much easier than other content. People have tried to put me down saying I'm not that smart, which might be true, but I'm smart enough to recognize that product reviews are important.
What types of reviews do you notice get the most attention? Negative? Positive? Neutral? Creative?
I am loving these affiliate trainng lessons. I continue to move forward in the training and it just keeps proving that WA Premium was definitely the right choice.
