Is it as good as it appears to be a bit cheaper than some of the others.
I haven't used it, but I found good reviews from people who were not selling it on warrior forum and a review site. As long as you can cancel it if you don't like it, give it a try. ~Gina
I've never heard of them so cannot give any feedback. Have you googled any reviews of them?
This is one I have not heard of mailchimp do have a free plan which is great for getting started, also if you use a plugin called sumome this has a built in email builder and you can intergrate the auto responder into it as well

The products I am talking about are downloadable and are in zip format do you unzip first and then upload I have never done this before. Thanks in advance
I'm really bad at zip files (don't know why but have always had a brain freeze with them and always have to look-up the "how to").
But - here is a link that provides info on setting up products for WooCommerce. Let me know if you find what you need (or let me know if you don't). God Bless!

Hi - I use woocommerce on a couple of sites.
The link Cathy gave you goes through it really well - that link will also take you to: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/digitaldownloadable-product-handling/
To answer your actual question, no, you don't need to unzip before uploading to woocommerce - zip files are fine,
All the best, Mark
