Hello. I too struggle with this. I have decided to note different things that I have gone through during the day and then I try to 'somehow' relate that with content, for a post, that relates to my niche. Now, I haven't actually posted those writings as of yet but I will. Just a thought on what I am doing to better myself with writing ideas. Best of the New Year to you!
Start with keyword research in your niche and use your chosen keywords as the titles. Asl Google it and get ideas from other people who habve published content
It happens at all levels!
I normally search google for articles relating to me Niche to get ideas for my posts.
from there I use the site content tool to structure my post.
you could always pick a product in your niche and write a review on it to get you started?
