So May is quickly approaching and it was time to put down the guidelines for things to be done on the farm. Everything else is still proceeding nicely but I can not neglect the farm and its production. It seems to be bad enough with the constant rain keeping everything wet and under water. So the plan now will be to purchase the lumber and begin building the strong back until next weekend. I made a couple of inquiries this weekend about pricing for the lumber. I will have to call the final place and ask them because they didn’t answer my email. That is I will call them if they are open today. We are apparently due for another 5-8” of rain today. (Really giving some more thought to the whole Ark thing).
