As I was growing up I wanted to be a writer. I thought it would be the best job to sit at home and create stories for others to read and get paid for it. I realised early on that even though I enjoy writing I'm better at communicating through my writing, than writing stories. Today I realised that I am doing what I always wanted to do. I'm writing for a living. Not the way I envisioned all those years ago, but even though my writing has taken a different path, it is the best job ever. I was right, writing at home for a job is what I want to do with my life. I can now answer the question, 'what do you want to do with your life when you grow up?' I want to get paid to write about things that people are interested in and want information on.

So whatever your dream is, don't give up on it. Work at it and enjoy what you do.
