Why write this Post?All of us start somewhere. I started here almost five months ago, but due to various circumstances I'm almost just starting today. While success is great, it's only half of the equation. Perhaps those just starting out, or who have experienced set-backs, would get some comfort from a reminder that we all go through that to some degree.This is also a testament to the fact that this is where I'm starting from. If this blog is to be a reflection of my journey, it important to m
