Hello all. Recognize that line? I got it several times when trying to purchase my premium account. For me this error came up because I am in the US and WA is based in Canada. I spoke to my bank and found that I would need to call the bank monthly to give approval for each transaction. I was at that time using my credit union debit card. I also tried a reloadable type debit card but that doesn't work either. The only option is a true CREDIT CARD. I have 2 but rarely use them because I prefer not to accumilate debt. BUT in this case it makes the transaction easier and I can quickly make the payment to the credit card company on the same day if I want. So no big deal. Just FYI to others in case you experienced the same issues.
