Don't Give Up!

I have been searching for years for the right work from home opportunity. I've had so many periods of online searches constantly digging for that golden nugget, but only uncovering scams. After being sucked into the first scam, I quickly learnt that if it sounds too good to be true - it likely is! This is no lottery win. Each time I uncovered a scam I lost some hope. Soon I would stop searching and resign myself to the fact that working for others is the way of life. Somehow this never seemed natural to me and I would start digging again, so the cycle continued.

After giving birth to twins 10 months ago, I yearned to stay home a little longer with my three children. I used the time on maternity leave to try to find an online job so I could cover myself financially during an extended leave of absence. I loved my job, so I wasn't trying to leave it (not yet), but I just wanted some more of that precious time at home. All my efforts failed. There were no available online jobs to persons who were not living in the United States. I resigned myself to the fact that I had to return to work in order to financially care for my family. Somehow, I still just wasn't ready to return.

After only 6 months of being back out to work I was laid off on December 08, 2017. And so I was given time - time to spend with my children as I wanted and time to renew my search for achieving financial independence online. Again my efforts failed. Somehow, I simply refused to accept it!

Through prayer and perseverance I discovered WealthyAffiliate.com. What a blessing! I can't remember the last time I've been so excited! When I think of the many times I've tried to build a website. The enormous amount of money some people requested in order to teach me how to build a website, or get into internet marketing; the many online job scams! It amazes me that I have the opportunity to learn all that I do for just USD$49 a month (XCD$133.19, but still cheap). Wealthy Affiliate is Godsent!

My mind goes back to a few weeks ago of trying to convince one of our members not to quit Wealthy Affiliate. It broke my heart that I and others who tried did not get through to him. What an opportunity that has been lost; not only to him, but also to us for the contributions that he could have made and what we could have learnt from him.

I take this opportunity that has been presented to me and offer words so old, but offered anew - DON'T GIVE UP!!! No matter how long it seems to take, you could be just one more try away from reaching your goal. NEVER GIVE UP!!!
