Sometimes in life something comes along that really strikes a chord with you and inspires you to do something different or travel a different journey but something stops you ,the timing is not right and the good intentions and the momentum come to a grinding halt .I think we have all been there at some point in our lives but it does not mean that we are incapable of achieving what inspired us , sometimes the timing is just not right , sometimes our biggest obstacle is ourselves. This is what happened with me and WA and when I initially signed up the timing just was not right because I discover the key to my achieving my goals and that was my mind set . I will not go into how our subconscious is conditioned by our peers from childhood that's another blog entirely ,but my mind set was conditioned to be ordinary , to accept my place in society and to not dream big . The journey I have been on this year has compounded those beliefs resulting in shattered confidence and zero self belief until I started to work with someone who pointed me in the direction of The Secret and other motivational books and speakers . I was lucky enough to hear some amazing motivational speakers at a recent Success event that I attended which really blew me away .These speakers are all global leaders within their company and have accumulated a vast wealth but they all started out very similar to me , what did they do ? They learnt to work on their mind set and they still make time in their day for affirmations, reading and listening to motivational material ,meditation, mantra's , goal setting, planning , visualisation this is all part of their daily routine , day in day out even though they are worth a fortune . Wow !! I came home from that weekend and knew that I had to work on myself first and from that things would follow and that's what I am doing and am starting to reap the benefits .

So here I am back on my WA journey with a plan to keep me focused and my mind set positive . I will post about my journey and the techniques I am using and what I have found works and what doesn't because if I can help anyone on their journey even if a small way I am happy to and it all starts here with a positive mindset .
