we all make mistakes some time consuming and others a bit more drastic like crashing a site which is what I did over the black friday weekend thank goodness we have tech support, that is what is good about here training, support and a great community

Learning by your mistakes eh.......sometimes that's the very best way to learn as you'll never make the same mistake again.
A hint to the rest of us as well, make sure we get it right first time to make sure we don't have to go through what you've had to.
After all that effort, I really hope you get a jump in your hits and that it's been worthwhile.

Thank you so much for this post. You have reminded me that I need to do the same thing. You have also just reminded me of the subtlies of our business. Kyle and Carson have put so many details in all our lessons but the first time through you just can't remember them all. I keep reminding myself that all my efforts will get better and easier with time.
