Twenty one posts later.
I'm not much of a blogger here at WA, but I thought since it's been three months since I started working on my blog project, why not.
I've just crossed the 21 posts mark, something I did not see myself achieving at the start. It's been hard. I've had to learn so much new stuff. Achieving consistency has not been easy. I've had to be very deliberate in my efforts. But I'm getting better with time.
The funny thing is that what I was worried about when I started ended up not being of substance. I was apprehensive of all the writing that I'll need to do! I don't have much of a history when it comes to writing.
Researching various subjects, something I did not worry about, has become a huddle I've had to put lots of energy to get right. Some niche topics are new to me, and I've just had to do some background study to understand before I can write about.
Anyway, I'm out to tell everyone (especially beginners) not to give up. Success will not come overnight. Give yourself some wiggle room and follow the pieces of training. Do not be too hard on yourself when something does not happen as you'd thought.
Do not also focus on making money too much at the start - before laying the foundation. That might take some time.
All the best to everybody.

Some great advice here, brilliant!
With every post, your writing gets better.
Ignore the grammar and thesis, police!
I mean, really!
I had lots of them attack me when I started, and they have all left and given up!
People underestimate incremental progress.
Write like a conversation. Good luck...
Now, where was I? Oh yes, that reminds me of a story...
Great to hear you are progressing nicely Stephen. Wishing you continued success.
All the best.

I was just like you Stephen. A real foreigner to writing posts. It gets better with time and sure you will continue to grow. You have provided good advice as well to others coming up. Get your foundation solid before you push on.
Take it easy
