Day 5 of 90 Challenge

I haven’t been able to blog about each individual day of my 90 day challenge as I’d hoped. It’s not all bad though. I have good reason. My industry is blowing up like crazy and I am getting pulled in every direction. There have been back to back phone calls, face-to-face informationals and the occasional conversation struck up in line at the Whole Foods Market or the Health Foods Store. Needless to say, I’ve been very busy.

I got very excited about the influx of customer inquiries that I went out today and found a marvelous storefront in a very predominant area in our region. I was so very blessed. I have been looking everywhere for a possible launching spot in the future and have been coming up empty handed. Nothing seemed right.

Yesterday, I went around looking for a spot where I wanted to be. Not a spot I thought I could afford, but actually where I wanted my business to be when I’m making millions. I thought over and over exactly what I wanted my store to look like. It hit me. I knew exactly where I wanted to be. So on the way there to look I put out gratitude for the availability to be there and for this very expensive place to somehow work into my budget.

It seemed an impossibility, but let me tell you. If you attract it, it will come! When I arrived, there was one large storefront available and it was pricing at $3,700/mo. It was outrageous for my current budget, but not for a store making millions. I didn’t care… in faith, I called the agent. I met with her and we talked for hrs. She wanted to know everything about my passion. It was an amazing 2 hr conversaion. By the end of the talk, I was offered to share the space with Dorothy Lane Market. A huge high dollar food chain in Ohio. If I allowed them the back ½ of the store for storage, they would section it off with a barrier wall and build the storefront to my specifications and offer the front office space to me at $2,300/mo!!!

I was floored. I couldn’t believe my ears, but yet I could. I did it… I actually attracted the exact store I wanted in the exact space I wanted it and at a price I can afford NOW with my current cashflow and I added an amazing Real Estate Agent to my personal network!

It is in a brand new upcoming and very lucrative shopping district. There are no houses there… only businesses and people only go there to spend money! Wow! What a fruitful week. To top it off, we hit the $1000 mark in sales on our 4th month!! By the time I’m to move into the store, sales are will be able to fully fund it.

Thank you to all my WA supporters and confidants. I love actually knowing what I’m doing and profiting from my passion. What a wonderful life. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow and the weekend brings.
