I'm still dancing around in the void, but I believe January will mark the moment when I'll be back and at it!

I'm sure many of you have heard the term "Make money while you sleep." Uh...yes that's kind of possible, and kind of not...but I've kind of been doing it here from the training here in Wealthy Affiliate.

Some of you know that I'm working primarily on my math website, you can look at my profile to see the link (Unfortunately it doesn't have a lot of love right now, grad school doesn't give me that allowance lol). Since it's an educational blog with instructionals, I'd figure I'd throw some Adsense on it (also because I'm lazy). I'll be adding some Amazon to it when I get it well established.

I've heard some good things about it so far from many I've shared it with. Also, the institution that I teach at wants to use it! Wow! I'm super psyched to release it to the school, it's almost ready.

Now the talk about the money. Here is the truth of the matter:

"You get out what you put in."

No joke, no gimmicks. In an earlier post, I talked a little bit about what you would expect from an online business. Work and pay works exponentially in this online world. That means if you don't start at a particular benchmark (which most everyone never does), things are going to start off SLOW. That's how it was for my website. There were cents at a time coming in...heck I was even surprised that I was making that much, and I thought that I had put in a lot of work!

However, I geared down, and put in some more work, fixing a lot of things on my site, dropping more content like it's hot (thankfully it probably will always be hot :D ) cleaning up, etc...then I left it.... because this is the hardest semester in grad school for me. Now, granted, I did this focus over the period of 3 months. The results, well I've made about 10 to almost 20x more a month than I was making before:

"That is what I call progress! You get out what you put in."

And it is not that easy to make money with Google Adsense...you better believe I'm stoked!

Anyway, I wanted to give you guys updates, and you'll be seeing my face more in January. Just wanted to let you guys know that for what little work I put into the website with one of the hardest ways to make money online, you can do it too! Patience, dedication, and hard work will make you successful here online!
