How to make someone feel special
Millions of people are celebrating their birthdays every month. I'm sure we can all name at least 3 people we know personally that are having a birthday on any given month throughout the year. As well, each month we know someone who is celebrating an anniversary, or had a baby or got a promotion etc. Or perhaps you know someone who needs to be cheered up, or someone who is sick, or someone who needs some encouragement. What do you do to make someone feel special and important? You can send a text or email or even call them. OR, you can send them an actual greeting card in the mail. Make this greeting card special by adding your own photos and heartfelt message and this now becomes a keepsake that they will display on their fridge or mantle. Sounds like a fun thing to do.
It sure is! I always feel good everytime I send a card to someone, then they feel good when they receive it, then when they call to thank me for brightening up their day, I feel good all over again. That is the kind of circle I love to be in.
