If my website has not been indexed, which I don't think it has, than what might my options be?

Have you set up your site with Google Search Console? That may help.

Jozeph: I don't see those options in my Dashboard, I'll just have to go through some of the training again, thanks for the help anyway.

go to pages in the left hand dashboard
open a page you've written
in the right hand corner you'll have options
set to private
set to public
publish or update

cick puplic
then publish

Jozeph: I did what you told me to do & my according to my dashboard, everything has been published. However, my website has yet to be indexed in the search engines. When I type the url in the search bar it just goes straight to the website as opposed to indexing on a Google page. So I need to know, whether or not my website has been indexed in any of the search engines. How would I check on something like this?

Jozeph: I just realized something, please correct me if I'm wrong. The reason my website, hasn't been properly indexed in the Google search engine, is because there is nothing on the home page of the site as you've probably already discovered.

I don't remember Kyle covering this in the training. The main concentration, was the about me content & privacy policy pages. So what I would like know, is how do I go about adding content to the home page of my website? Your assistance would be appreciated.
