Today I would like to start out focusing on what I am Grateful for!

I am alive...

I have 2 beautiful sons...

I have a warm place to live...

My heart is Happy...

I have the Internet ...

I have great people to talk to and help me achieve my goals at Wealthy Affiliate...

There are simple ways to boost your positive energy.

when you wake up each morning remind yourself "what am I grateful for"

We live in a world full of stress, deadlines, bad news, lost jobs, lay offs, health problems many other negative influences, It is important that we focus on our inner peace to help our bodies cope with the stresses created by our modern society.

The system we live under which for most people is to settle for jobs we don't like or do tasks that make us unhappy with in order to survive, make more money, pay money out, make more money... it is a vicious cycle that creates unhappy people, depression, anger and resentments.

I want encourage as may people this year as I can to follow their hearts and focus on "what makes you Happy"

I want encourage people to stop thinking in negative terms and focus on what we have and are most grateful for, It can be anything at all that makes you smile, creates that warm fuzzy feeling deep inside.. for some it will be a favorite animal, a child, a close friend. .that happy day at the park. Each person is different, in 2015 I want to personally challenge everyone I met to "Find your Happy!"

Find a happy thought ...

Stop whatever you are doing right now ! pause for a minute...

Now hold that thought for a moment! How does it make you feel?

(Hey you! I said STOP... stop reading! ) lol..hard isn't it?

This takes practice! Our brain wants to keep going but sometimes it just needs a break!

Try to carry that thought with you through out your day, see how you feel at the end of the day.

Sit quietly anywhere you happen to be ... count to 4 as you breath in deeply, hold for 4 , exhale for 4 more counts.

Super easy... Just Breath!

Simple things like breathing deep are important techniques to help keep your body in balance, reduce stress and refocus negative thought patterns.
