Getting technical support from Facebook is just like trying to get it from Radio Shack, someone will have the answer but you have to kiss the right frog.

The made changes to my site which in turn screwed it up and won't fix it?
Support told me to open a new ticket behind this same issue just now and I don't understand because why would I open a new ticket to have to explain this over again? Does anyone know how to fix this issue in the screenshot below?
These are usually set in your theme. You can change to a theme that has a wider center column. To change what you need, you would need to go into the CSS file for your theme. If this is a free theme. This is probably not something that you want to do.
The support team is the one that messed it up. And yes it is a free theme. I just got WP-edit but I still don't know how to use it. If someone could give me a step by step I would appreciate it because changing my them is what got me in this mess.
The support dep made my pics too small on my site and also my background margins are taking up too much space thereby making my blog post very skinny and narrowly spaced. when I asked them to put it back like it was they told me to go elsewhere to find out how to fix it.
If you are having this much trouble, you should probably make Kyle or Carson aware of it. Send them a private message and explain what the problem is.
I sent Carson a message but the thing is I am still waiting on him to help me with something from yesterday so now I've had to add this to his list.
I guess you just need to be patient. Kyle and Carson are both really busy, but I'm certain they will get back to you. It is the weekend as well, so that may slow things down a bit. I'd give it until Monday to receive a response back.
Yea my adrenaline is going because of the ridiculous exchanges. Just want something to be simple and then it turns into an ordeal.

This is why it is so important that we create backup copies of our websites on a regular basis.
All SiteSupport can do is provide you a recent backup copy of your website, so if your site was already corrupted when they backed it up recently, then that would be the copy you are seeing.
If that is the case, ask them if they might have older backup copies of your website that they could try restoring your website with. You just might get lucky if your website wasn't corrupted for several months.
