Need Some Love Over Here
Hello everyone!
Hope you are all having a FABULOUS day. It's bright and sunny in my neck of the woods.
So, I need some help. I know there are so many resources in WA for me to turn to but I would really just like some interaction here.
I have been with WA for almost four months! WOOHOO. And I am so excited about my site.
HOWEVER
I'm not noticed or ranked really. I pick good keywords and I have been expirmenting with one keyword per post, or five good keywords throughout.
I need some guidance about how to get on the top.
Is my niche too competitive so it will take more time?
Before you comment,
- All of my posts are over 1000 words
- I have links - internal and external
- my photos have alt tags
- I edit my SEO title, description and keywords.
- I get comments
- I post on social media
- My keyword is in the first and last paragraph - and sometimes even in the middle too.
- I post daily or every second day - I take the weekends off though ;)
I just feel like I've got to be missing something here.
If anyone could give me some advice I would appreciate it or any thoughts I would love to hear.
Thank you!

What are you selling? A product or a service? Who is your customer? And what do they need? Answer these questions and success will find you. (Also tell us here so we can help.) 😎
Are you using your Jaaxy? If you zero in on the (relatively) big AVG numbers, and the (very ) small QSR, you'll rank.
If you go through the training, and the 'low hanging fruit' lesson, this will explain it to you.
Gosh...real success eludes many of us here. I've been thinking about why this is so for a while now..it's not because of WA and the training. It's all here. I think it has to do with branding and marketing and having a well thought out approach. Who's our customer, how do we reach them, what are we offering them? Many of the members talk about that and have a plan. Tony Hamilton comes to mind. It goes beyond the basics which is why the members and their blogs and trainings become so valuable. We just have to find the best course for ourselves and follow through. I believe it can happen as I'm sure you do too. Looks like you are making great progress.

I would also suggest making sure you've submitted your sitemap to Google, as well as configuring how often your site is checked for updates.
This training will help: How to Add a Sitemap And have patience, it takes a little time for your site to start gaining momentum :-)
Go to your content in websites and click all content and see if the Google sign is coloured as this is an easy way to see if your posts are indexed and if they are great, if not then you may want to go to Google fetch and here is a link that will teach you how to do this :0 How to use Google fetch Let me know how you get on

That's great - Maybe go back into some posts that are not yet indexed and see if you can make some changes plus google fetch my help
It takes time to get ranking with the search engines and you seem to be doing great, however, I'm sure someone will come along with some extra help :)

Thank you for the advice Vicki,
I really do appreciate it.
I have requested fetching just for one of my posts a month ago and it says redirected. Do you know what that is? I didn't notice it on the training link you sent.
When you fetch a URL first make sure the domain name does not have a www in front of it.
maybe your problem is probably because you have a / at the end of the URL
