Can't access my premium account from my laptop seems to be mixed up and crossing into another account which is not mine and not my premium account. Please advise as I can't se
Log out of that account and into the proper one.
Just click on your profile image and select the logout image. Once logged out, log in with the correct information. You can verify which account to use by looking at your account settings on the device that is logged into the correct account (i.e. make sure you're using the correct email address to login with.).
