How to create Backup from your site?

I came across from Live Chat and many people wondering how to create the backup of your work from website. So that way if something goes wrong you can backup your data. Here are the steps:

1) Login from your website through Site Manager

2) From backoffice go to Tools -> Export

3) Download Export file and save it on your computer

4) Import the export file from your computer to website again.
