How to convert Word Press from Post to Page
Convert Word Press from a Post to Page or Vice Versa?
Lots of people have question how i convert Word press at home page from Post to Page. I came across this Blog and found useful information and thought let me share it to all WA community.
This may work if you have only one post or page to convert, what if you have more pages? Thanks to this plugin called pTypeConverter, it allows you to select your post or page and easily converts it, in which case has saved me all the hassle.
Here's the steps on how to convert your post or page:
1. Go to you plugins page on your website dashboard and search for ptypeconverter.
2. Install the plugin and activate.
3. Go to Tools then click on pTypeConverter.
4. Go to the Convert tab and filter your list by Post or Page whichever content type you want to convert.
5. Tick the posts or pages you want to convert then select the type of content you want it converted to and hit on the Convert button.
Hope this will help the people who started to build website and writing the contents on their webpage.

For those who aren't hosted at WA, you can also go directly to your database using phpMyAdmin in cPanel. Open your site's database, then look for a table called wp_posts. Note that if you've changed your table prefixes from wp to something else, you'll be looking for a table that looks like 4r7yalz6_posts.
Once you've located and opened that table, look to the right until you find columns titled post_title and post_type. Click in the post_type column opposite the post_title you want to modify to change the type from post to page, or page to post.
