I want to go a bit wider.
What should I do?
I want to widen the scope of my niece a bit...
The new "topics" fits nicely together with the main niece, but is somewhat not in the main pipeline.
The new stuff will give me foundation for lots of content, and by checking some keywords, they are to boost my rankings as well.
The products i can promote this way are also favorable as far as commissioning goes.
Should I wait and keep the road clean and narrow, or widen it to get more content, traffic and potential sales??

First of all, "I want to widen the scope of my niece a bit... " is the best/creepiest opening line I've ever seen lol.
If you think you've found a better niche, go for it. Just be careful about going too broad into a highly competitive niche where you'll get lost in the crowd.
One have to catch the audience right, to have them read on!
I'd say it's within the same. It is at least targeting the same potential customers. The competition is also rather low, and I'm sort of providing a service i have been wanting myself for a while.

The creepy part was you typing out "niece" instead of "niche" lol But yeah man, sounds like you have a plan. Attack it!
