yeah...you get up earlier than I do...I get up at 4:30 a.m. and you know funny thing it I find it easier than getting up at 5 a.m. LOL
yes, I can usually go on little sleep for a few days, then my body will just have enough and I will either fall asleep in front of my computer or shortly after sitting down to chill and watch some tv. LOL...boom ... zzzzzzzzzzzzz

Loved the video!! However I do have to have at least 7 hours of sleep. This way the work time I find is more productive as my brain is functioning better. I say Quality is better than Quantity. But I get his point.
