Where to start - move over & optimize existing sites or start fresh?

Wow. My mind is swirling.

Where to start? Move, optimize & tweak my existing site(s), or start fresh with a new WA-style niche site? Ultimately, I'll be doing both. But which to try first?

My path here:

I read and follow Bob Proctor. His email list put out a recommendation for a free copy (if you pay for shipping) of Anik Singal's "Circle of Profit." I bought it, read it, loved it, and realized I was already doing so much of what he was teaching, but without some very key pieces.

I was looking into his Inbox Blueprint program because I knew I'd need some guidance to get going. In doing my diligence on it, I found out about WA, and enjoyed reading what I now realize are several WA-style sites promoting the program. I chose the one that spoke to me the most and entered there. Here I am.

Having watched through all the "Getting Started" videos, my mind has gone "OHHHHH!!!!!" when it comes to the site I've been contributing to for years, with articles, song lyric quotes and this year, a podcast. But I see I'm limited with it being a Wordpress.com page (as opposed to .org) and am afraid to begin the process of moving it because of ... well ... I'm afraid of the hassle, I guess. And I don't want to do a bunch of work on it only to have to re-do it in a more effective manner once it's moved.

I'm leaning toward going through the WA training of creating a niche site first so I'll have that experience and acquire that knowledge. Then, I'm thinking I can go back and deal with my existing site(s) from there.

Does that sound reasonable? Any thoughts are most welcome.

Many thanks,

Kevin

Hello Kevin, pleased to meet a fellow Bob Proctor student, personally I've not yet bought any programs due to the cost of them, (i know that's a paradigm) instead I read his books as I feel I can consume the content easier.
My advice would be to definitely start a WA site first to get the hang of it and use what you've learned to build your own niche site. Check mine out if you like

Thanks Dave. That seems like a smart plan to me, too. I appreciate your time. Thank you!

Hi Kevin, I am in the exact same boat. I am about half way through the training here but have another wordpress.com site that I plan on moving soon and updating.

So know that you are not alone! I will let you know how it goes.

Thanks for the the comment and good luck!
