Here is what we served to our friends from our kitchen

Some great appetizers to start:

Pesto, smoked turkey bacon pinwheels, puff pastry
Wild salmon fume terrine with red pepper, capers. and horseradish cream.
Brie, figs on toasted crostini
Pate, cornichons (pickles) on toasted baguette
Main course
Baked organic chicken with Muscadet wine
Polenta with a medley of mushrooms
Greens beans.
Dessert
Apple fondant caramelized
We all had a great and relaxing time!!
