A Light In The Distance

I feel like I have been in a storm for the past year. Lost, Floundering in a storm called my life. I can remember about a year ago thinking I’m doing well. I am making my way, learning the Wealthy Affiliate system achieving my goals. Then a storm, Blew my life way off course. All plans were on hold, if not wholly changed or canceled. So here I am, picking up the pieces of my life.I was looking at what I have to work with. I was looking for valuable remnants of my life. Buried under the debris of my life was a small group of friends and emails from connections I had when my life was on track. Could I resurrect old friendships and connect with those who have previously supported me? Sure I got emails all during the storm. Some are reaching out to help; others are just checking on me or updating me on group activities. Emails that gave me hope that things would get better, emails from the Wealthy Affiliate and Kyle were like a small shining light in the distance, letting me know that when the storm was over, Kyle and the Wealthy Affiliate family was there. So here I am, back once more, setting goals and plotting a course to achieve them, and getting my life back on track. Of course, being away for months, I felt lost. Where did I leave off? Will I have any idea of where to begin? To my relief, the answer is yes, yes; I can pick up where I left off. Sure it took me a bit to find where I was, but the WA system makes it easy. As I got my thoughts together, All the past information came flooding back to me. I’m back on track with the learning modules, reading and watching videos on how it's done. And yes, I’m following you, reading your blogs and posts, and watching your videos. There is no reason I have to reinvent the wheel, not when the WA family has it all figured out. They have been there done that, and many have the T-shirt. So my job is to be a sponge, absorbing as much knowledge as possible.

Sure I have goals and want to achieve big things in my life. Many here are way ahead of me, shining a light on what would be a dark and difficult path. My goal is to learn from the internet's best teachers who are walking the walk, talking the talk, and living the life of my dreams. So I feel more in control and clear-headed about my future. Reading uplifting posts from WA members like Denisetms's “I Have To Make It To the End,” she talks about being intentional. So yes, I’m now on course and living my life intentionally.
