My First Month With Wealthy Affiliates. How It's Going.

When it comes to business, there are so many things that you can do to make money today. Especially if your plan is to do everything online. The opportunities are limitless as to what you can accomplish with just a laptop and Wi-Fi, or as my children like to call it, "Wee-Fee"

In this blog post I am going to be giving you my experience in my first month with Wealthy Affiliates and some of the things that I have learned and some of my experiences while being in the program.

A Sense Of Purpose

I have always been a purpose driven person. Meaning, I am not the type of person that needs to be motivated externally. When there is a mission that needs to be accomplished, it is very little that can distract me or get me off target.

With that being said, I was shocked how much of a sense of purpose that Wealthy Affiliates has given me.

Let me explain...

Before I joined WA, I have to be honest, there are a few things that I knew nothing about. One of those things was ho wto actually use Wordpress, which is something that many people have struggles with before they join the program.

I was actually introduced to Wordpress a few years ago, and it totally turned me off. Of course there are easier sites and programs that you can use to male website design and creation a lot easier but when I saw Wordpress I thought to myself, "There has to be an easier way than this."

Kyle and Wealthy Affiliates made it very simple though.

Only a month into WA and I have developed a few skills that I am excited to teach my future employees. I really feel like I am acquiring the type of knowledge that will carry be a long way in business.

It gives me a sense of purpose. It gives me the feeling and inspiration that I am building something of meaning and value.

How to Build A Team

A skill that I have acquired here at WA that I always had trouble with is building a team. I have always been a great teammate or team player. Always supportive and always helping the next person achieve things, being in a group has never been an issue for me.

When is comes to building a team and getting people to work together is where I struggled. Being in WA has taught me a valuable lesson...

"If you want to go fast go alone, but if you want to go far, go with others."

I believe that is a famous quote but you get the point.

Being an affiliate marketer is hard work. Even though you are helping other companies promote, and you don't have to worry about inventory, shipping, returns, etc, it is still a challenge.

When you had a team of individuals with different skill sets, it is much easier to accomplish your mission.

Having someone to make your videos, design your site, promote your pages is a great benefit instead of doing everything on your own.

Wars are usually won with full armies, and in business, having a squad gets the best results.

It's All About The Journey

Most things in life take time... At least the things worth having.

Basically that means in order to accomplish big things without having a nervous breakdown, you enjoy the process. And a huge part of enjoying the post is doing the things that you don't want to do.

Yes, i said it. You have to do what you don't want to do. Most times you have to get over your emotions and do what needs to be done to accomplish your goals.

I truly belive that the process make the victories way more enjoyable. The trial and error, the tests, the research, the late nights and early mornings.

All of this is apart of the journey, and that is what its about.

Yes, winning is important. I would be second to say that most of us are in this business because we want to make money and take care of our family. But in reality, every day is not a great day. Meaning some days are more profitable than others. There will be bumps and mishaps along the way, but that is what its about.

Embracing and enjoying the process will keep you motivated and dedicated while you climb the mountain to success.

Being only a month into the program, I will be the first to tell you that WA is legit. Kyle does a fantastic job and explaining everything throughout the training.

Affiliate marketing is definitely a learning curve for me. I am confident that I will reach all of my goals with the help of Wealthy Affiliates.
