Getting Back in the Saddle
Good Day Wealthy Affiliate,
I learned what happens when you disappear for a while. You go from 100 to 1000 in rank, lol. I am starting to resurface but I will be focusing more on my two sites.
Two weeks ago my oldest and only daughter got married. Last week we were gone on vacation to recharge the batteries. For the first time in a long time, I disengaged from my computer. Not totally though but 90% of the time.
We had a great time in South Florida after we visited with my parents. The weather was quite good considering we were in late June. We had a great time. For the first time, I had only four of us and not 6 of us. My oldest daughter and son did not come with us for obvious reasons. My son had to work and could not get the time off.
I will be more engaged again.
Have a great day!
Cheers,
Keith

Your priorities of family first were right on target! That's so much more important than anything with WA or your sites. In fact, that's why we have our sites - to free us up to do other things, like weddings and vacations.
Congrats on becoming a father-in-law. In a few years, maybe grandfather will become a new title as well!
Yes, I agree with that. My family is growing up fast so I don't want to miss anything. We have so much fun together.
Those are the memories that last a lifetime, and that your kids will remember when you are gone. Those are the stories which will be passed down from generation to generation far beyond your lifetime. They are the most special memories you can make.
Hi Keith,
Glad you took the time to relax with your family. You got your priorities right. Businesses can pause. Families continuously change. It is hard to recapture family time when gone.
Cheers.
Edwin

I firmly believe that is good for work to get away from it completely now and again. You can become so wrapped up in it you start talkin the jargon and forget 60% of others don’t know the jargon.
It is healthy to turn off and become a person again.
